A great variety of rigs and equipment enable highly productive methods to install mini piles even at limited working space. Buildings damaged by erratic settlements can be stabilised and/or lifted by prestressable mini piles. Adapted to the relevant soil condition, mini piles can be produced using a variety of drilling methods. |

The piles get a continuous reinforcement (base element) that resists tension and/or pressure or changing loads. By filling or grouting the bore hole with cement mortar (with or without stabilizing sand) the forces are transferred to the surrounding soil. The pile is post grouted in order to increase skin friction/load transfer. By means of a special mini pile head, load transfer can be pre-induced, thus avoiding settlements and accordingly the building is stabilised and/or lifted when the load is mobilized. |
